Donahue & Cohen LLC has officially closed its doors effective August 28, 2025.

Ken Donahue is retiring from the practice of law after 38 years of representing employers and workers’ compensation insurers in Georgia. Dan Cohen will continue his practice at the firm of Morgan Akins & Jackson PLLC.

To our clients — thank you for your loyalty, trust, and partnership over the years. Your confidence in our firm has been the foundation of our success, and it has been a privilege to represent you. Dan looks forward to continuing these relationships at his new home at Morgan Akins. Ken will most likely be found on a beach somewhere.
